** Rates for one bedroom cabins are based on double occupancy. Maximum of two people.

*** Rates for two bedroom cabins are based on four guests per cabin. Each additional guest $10 per night. Maximum of six people.

Rates

• A minimum two-night stay is required except as noted.
• Holiday rates
  • Easter & Valentines - 2 Night stay
  • Christmas & New Year - 3 Night stay
  • All other Holidays - 3 Night Stay
• Special Monthly Rates and Special Discounts may be available, inquire within.
• All rates printed here, do not include tax.

Reservations

• Must be 21 years of age and provide a Major Credit Card to complete the reservation.
• For confirmed reservations advance payment of 50% is required. For an extended stay a minimum advance payment of 25% or more is required. Advanced payments must be made by Credit Card. Balance due upon check-in.
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
• Some exceptions may apply subject to advanced bookings and availability. Call to inquire.
• Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to arrival (Except Holiday reservations - see below) will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $40.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival and cancellations for Holiday reservations will NOT qualify for any refund, however, guest may reschedule for a future visit, within 90 days of cancellation, without loss of deposit.

Resort Policy

• Check-in begins at 3:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Check-out time is by 11am. Extra charges may incur if check-out time is not adhered to.
• No refunds on early departures.
• All cabins are NON-SMOKING
• No pets allowed
• No RV's or Motor Homes allowed on property.
• ATV's, ATC's, Quads etc. are strictly prohibited from operating within the resort.
• No open fires are permitted within the resort AT ANY TIME.
• Guests must observe the speed limits accordingly.
• Each cabin has its own designated parking areas for its guests. Vehicles must be parked in these designated areas only.
• All occupants, visitors, guests or others agree to keep all house rules on community policies and will not violate any laws on the premises.
• Each cabin and its equipment are for the use of the respective registered guests only.
